i love the creative explanation, just one problem, almost nothing about project management as it described a development approach which may or may not be done in a project context. Agile is no longer one thing...if it ever really was. Not surprisingly different adaptations of the Agile Manifesto are, well, different. e.g. project management never has been defined by a life-cycle so iteration cannot be a characteristic of agile PM.

The script for this video comes across as patronizing, sexist, and condescending. While it aims for humor, it ends up being confusing and unsettling. Having followed other videos in the series featuring the main character, the "instructor," I understand their narrative and goals, but this particular video misses the mark. From my experience with DMP content, this video doesn’t seem to align with the company’s usual tone or style. I'm surprised it got published. Overall, DPM is an outstanding RUclips channel that has significantly helped me understand PMP methodologies and improve my skills. Their scripts, production quality, voiceovers, and graphics are consistently top-notch.

This is great, thank you! I'm wondering where the UX/UI designer should be involved in this? I would have thought that you'd need them to be on a different cadence because they would need to design to solve the engineering problems ahead of the sprint planning meeting.

Man, the constant punch-in, punch-out during the talking head segments is borderline nauseating. I understand it's for emphasis and maintaining view attention, but having these clumsy edits is distracting, and unnecessary if the content if well-presented.

I see myself as a hybrid leader, a mixture of the first 3-4 types. I can see myself saying "I dont care how you do it, as long as it gets done" and "You got a easier faster way to do it? Let me hear it, as long as the quality of the end product isn't down, go for it" and being their supporter when they need it. Have a laugh, be there for them for the good and bad days, but also give them a kick in the pants if they need one.

This may seem silly… the women in the clip communicated rather abstract concepts using language as the model to do so, before having establishing the meaning (rules) of the language they went on to use. The man communicated a process using a high-level doodle/drawing. Assuming the intended audience of this video are beginners, or maybe just passersby with an interest, I think the doodle did the better job at communication. His model provokes, how, why, where does the money come into play? Not to critique the actors who were all great in their performances.

Respectfully your video is wrong. When you automate tasks, and use tools like ChatGPT, Co Pilot, Etc. There’s just going to be less work for the PMO. Then you ask somebody who is in the twilight of their career. Who probably has a nest egg and can retire today. Respectfully, it would be more helpful if you brought on an employer that handles consulting, project management, Spend money on upkeeping a PMO. If AI can take notes for you, handle, budget, handle schedule, Make memos and PowerPoint, Then you’re just going to need less project coordinators, managers, junior level professionals in the traditional project. There is going to be less barrier between technical and the business itself.
